1. Licensing
Post Views Counter plugin is licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
2. Upgrades
Automatic plugin updates and premium support is available to customers for one year from the time of purchase. Licenses may be renewed at the full price of the license.
Customers are entitled to receive our premium support and automatic upgrades according to the license they have purchased:
- A Plus site license provides automatic updates and support for a single domain that you own, for one year.
- A Business license provides automatic updates and support for up to 5 domains that you own, for one year that you or your clients own. You may not resell access to your support license key.
- An Agency license provides automatic updates and support for up to 20 domains that you own, for one year that you or your clients own. You may not resell access to your support license key.
Updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase.
3. Support
Post Views Counter plugin is distributed “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Support for purchased plugin is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license.
Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.
4. Domain
A domain is a unique URL which can support a WordPress installation. Installing any of our WordPress plugins on a sub-domain or in a sub-folder counts as a unique domain. Installing our plugin on a WordPress multi-site website, where members of the network receive their own installation of our plugins, is not prohibited. However, our support staff will only offer support to the primary license holder, or where the domain owner has purchased their own support license.
5. Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and support license key. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then request premium support through the postviewscounter.com website.
6. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to the plugin. The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our product.
7. Other rights
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. Prices of the Software are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on postviewscounter.com website.
